Ashok Selvan-Ritu Varma-Aparna Balamurali-Shivatmika starrer “Nitham Oru Vaanam”

Actor Ashok Selvan, jack of all genres with successful box office records is now gearing up for the release of his new movie ‘Nitham Oru Vaanam’. This movie, a feel-good travelogue, is directed by Ra. Karthik is produced by Rise East Sreenidhi Sagar in association with Viacom18 Studios.

Director Ra. Karthik says, “Travelogue movies have been something rare in our Tamil movie industry. Nitham Oru Vaanam will be a feel-good travelogue movie, which has three different landscapes with different emotions. Since there are many female lead actors in this movie, NOV might give an impression of being a love story, but it has a premise beyond this element, which is about celebrating life. Ashok Selvan has excelled as a performer in this movie. All three female lead roles played by Ritu Varma, Aparna Balamurali, and Shivatmika Rajshekar are equally prominent and substantial. All of them have performed respectable roles that will be liked by women from all age groups.”

The director continues to add, “Nitham Oru Vaanam is a movie about positivity. Whenever we feel low and depressed, we develop an intention or desire to travel, which will keep our minds positive. Feel-good movies have become a rarity and having been confined to homes and walls for the past couple of years due to the pandemic crisis, we as a team, wanted to make a movie that will refresh and replenish audiences with smiles and feel-goodness as they walk out of the theaters.”

Nitham Oru Vaanam is set around three different periods and landscapes, which have been shot across the beautiful locales of Chennai, Chandigarh, Manali, Gobichettipalayam, and Kolkata.

Gopi Sundar is composing music for Nitham Oru Vaanam, which has cinematography handled by Vidhu Ayyanna. The others in the technical team include Anthony (Editing), Kamal Nathan (Art), Krithika Nelson (Lyricist), Leelavathi Kumar (Choreography), S. Vinoth Kumar (Executive Producer), T. நடிகர் அசோக்செல்வன், தனது சமீபத்திய படங்கள் மூலம் பாக்ஸ் ஆஃபிஸின் வெற்றி நாயகனாக வலம் வந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறார். அந்த வரிசையில் அவரது அடுத்த படம் ‘நித்தம் ஒரு வானம்’. இந்த திரைப்படம்  நல்ல உணர்வை தரக்கூடிய ஒரு பயண படமாக அமையும் என்பதில் சந்தேகம் இல்லை. Ra. கார்த்திக் இயக்கியுள்ள இந்தப் படத்தை ரைஸ் ஈஸ்ட் ஸ்ரீநிதி சாகர், Viacom 18 ஸ்டுடியோஸ்ஸூடன் இணைந்து தயாரித்துள்ளது.

படம் குறித்து இயக்குநர் பேசுகையில்,

“நம்முடைய தமிழ் சினிமாவை பொறுத்தவரை இது போன்ற பயணம் தொடர்பான படங்கள் அரிதாகதான் வரும். ‘நித்தம் ஒரு வானம்’ நிச்சயம் நல்ல உணர்வைத் தரக்கூடிய படமாக இருக்கும். மூன்று வித்தியாசமான நிலபரப்பில் மூன்று வித்தியாசமான உணர்வுகளை இதில் கொடுத்திருக்கிறோம். இந்தப் படத்தில் நிறைய கதாநாயகிகள் இருந்தாலும் , இது ஒரு காதல் கதை போன்ற தோற்றத்தைக் கொடுத்தாலும் இதை எல்லாம் தாண்டி நம் வாழ்வின் தருணங்களை கொண்டாடும் வகையில் ‘நித்தம் ஒரு வானம்’ இருக்கும். அசோக்செல்வன் தன்னுடைய சிறப்பான நடிப்பை இந்தப் படத்தில் கொடுத்திருக்கிறார். இந்தப் படத்தின் கதாநாயகிகளான ரித்து வர்மா, அபர்ணா பாலமுரளி மற்றும் ஷிவாத்மிகா ராஜ்சேகர் மூவருக்கும் சமமான கதாபாத்திரம் கதையில் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. மூவரும் அதை சிறப்பாக செய்துள்ளனர்.  இவர்களது கதாபாத்திரம் அனைத்து வயதில் உள்ள பெண்களுக்கும் நிச்சயம் பிடிக்கும்” என்றார்.

மேலும் இந்தப் படம் குறித்து இயக்குநர் பேசுகையில்,

“நிறைய பாசிட்டிவான விஷயங்களை படத்தில் சேர்த்துள்ளோம். எப்போதெல்லாம் நாம் சோர்வாகவோ அல்லது மன அழுத்தமாகவோ உணர்கிறோமோ அப்போது  பயணம் செல்வது நம்முடைய எண்ணங்களை நேர்மறையாக்கும். கொரோனாவால் கடந்த இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளாக வீட்டுச் சுவருக்குள் அடைந்து கிடக்கும் நமக்கு ஃபீல் குட் படங்கள் பெரும் உறுதுணையாக அமைந்திருக்கிறது.  திரையரங்குகளுக்கு படம் பார்க்க வரும் பார்வையாளர்கள் படம் முடித்து வெளியேறும் போது புத்துணர்ச்சியோடும் புன்னகையோடும் வெளியேற வேண்டும் என்ற எண்ணத்தோடுதான் ‘நித்தம் ஒரு வான’த்தை உருவாக்கியுள்ளோம்” என்கிறார் உற்சாகமாக.

‘நித்தம் ஒரு வானம்’ திரைப்படம் மூன்று வித்தியாசமான காலக்கட்டம் மற்றும் நிலப்பரப்புகளில் அதாவது சென்னை, சண்டிகர், மணாலி, கோபிச்செட்டிப்பாளையம் மற்றும் கொல்கத்தா ஆகிய இடங்களில் படமாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
