– The 11th International Yoga Day observed by United Nations was celebrated with great enthusiasm and fervor on June 19th, organized by Sustainable Development Council and Born to Win Research Foundation Trust.

The event aimed to spread awareness on good health and wellness through the ancient practice of yoga.
The event was graced by DIG Dinakaran, Indian Coast Guard Region East, as the Chief Guest, and Srimathy Kesan, Founder & CEO of Space Kidz India, as the Guest of Honour. Varsha Aswani, Founder of Born to Win Research Foundation Trust and SDC Women Wing, played a pivotal role in organizing the event.
The event featured yoga sessions led by Mona Bafna, Soul & Body, and was supported by Rotary Clubs
A pan-India yoga challenge was also conducted, aiming to promote yoga and wellness among people of all ages.
